Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. onions, diced (3 onions)
    1 large green pepper, diced
    3 ribs celery
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes or 46 oz. can tomato juice
    1/2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown first 4 ingredients in small amount of cooking oil. Stir occasionally to separate.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 1/2 hours on stove top.
    Stir frequently.
    If sauce becomes too dry, add a small amount of water.
