Creamy Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
1/2 to 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey

Preparation

Prepare
stuffing
mix according to package directions; stir in 1/2 can French fried onions.
Spread stuffing mix over bottom of
greased
9-inch
round or square shallow casserole dish. Arrange broccoli spears with flowerets around the outer edge of dish.
Melt
cheese.
Add
milk
and
sour
cream
to cheese;
mix well.
Combine
chicken
and
cheese sauce;
mix well.
Pour mixture over broccoli stalks.
Bake, covered, for 30
minutes
at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle remaining onions over chicken and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
