Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, boned and cut in fairly large chunks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 c. undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and soy sauce.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
    Add onions, celery, water chestnuts, sprouts, salt, pepper and mushroom soup.
    Mix lightly but thoroughly.
    Turn into a greased casserole pan and sprinkle a few noodles on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve
    with
    the rest of the noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
