Beef Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can cream of onion soup
    1/2 can uncooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and celery; pour off excess fat.
    Add pepper, tomato sauce, soups and rice or noodles.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Place in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
