Ingredients

4 or 5 small potatoes
1 medium onion
bacon
salt and pepper
3 or 4 carrots
1 squash
butter
Preparation

Cut up enough bacon to line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Wash vegetables and cut up to desired size with skin.
Can also add green chilies.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix in bowl.
Then put in dish and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
When done, add cheese. Melt and serve.
If you choose to layer the vegetables, add salt, pepper and butter between layers.
