Oven Crisped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Russet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. shallots, minced
    1 Tbsp. diet soft margarine or Pam
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil (1/8 c. dried)
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into eighths or sixteenths.
    Brush margarine or spray with Pam evenly on potatoes to coat.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Roast potatoes in 450\u00b0 oven until brown and crispy, approximately 20 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice.
    Stir in basil and shallots.
    Transfer to serving dish.
