Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. zucchini, sliced in 1/4-inch pieces
    1 finely chopped onion
    6 to 8 oz. Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. cream
    nutmeg to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cooked pie crust
Preparation
    Drop zucchini slices in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Saute onion.
    Combine all ingredients; pour into pie crust.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0 and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
