Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin, cut into thin slices
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and garlic in bowl.
    Add thinly sliced beef and let stand 15 minutes.
    Place oil in pan and heat.
    When hot, add steak with sauce.
    Cook until all juice is gone.
