Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all together except the butter and crackers.
Crush 1 package crackers and sprinkle on top. Cut up the butter over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
