Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, baked
2 to 3 large tomatoes, thickly sliced and drained
2 to 3 green onions, chopped
chopped parsley
salt, pepper and oregano
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Alternate layers of tomatoes and onions (2 layers) in pie shell.
Season to taste.
Spread mixture of mayo and cheese on tomatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
