Stroganoff Easy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    spaghetti, rice or noodles for serving
Preparation
    Lightly mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, bread crumbs and milk. Shape into small balls and brown in hot oil. Lift from frypan and pour off grease. Using the same pan, add sour cream, bouillon and onion soup and stir to mix. Return browned balls to this mixture and simmer (do not boil) until heated through. Serve on noodles, spaghetti or rice.
