Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen thawed hashbrowns
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. or 10 oz. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
