Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. oil
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
    Add oil and milk and stir until well blended.
    Add onion, peppers, cheese and corn.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into 9 x 13 1/2-inch glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
