Mandarin Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center-cut pork chops
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (from concentrate)
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides; remove from pan. In skillet, add remaining ingredients except orange segments and green pepper; cook and stir until slightly thickened. Add pork chops; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Add orange segments and green pepper; heat through.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 servings.
