Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 to 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, salt and margarine.
Add lemon juice and lemon peel.
Stir in egg yolks and milk.
Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
Put casserole in pan with 1 inch water surrounding it.
Bakes at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
