Beef And Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 c. water
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for hamburger potatoes au gratin
    2 medium carrots, sliced (1 c.)
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. frozen broccoli, chopped
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in Dutch oven until beef is brown; drain. Stir in water, potatoes, sauce mix, carrots, mustard, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli; cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Makes 8 cups.
