Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 croissants
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 Tbsp. sugar (more or less to taste)
2 c. Cool Whip (whipped topping)
Preparation

Combine berries and sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
Before serving, spoon 2/3 of berries on croissant bottoms.
Top with whipped topping, saving about 1/2 cup.
Replace tops and garnish with remaining berries and whipped topping.
