Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, sliced apples (sweet varieties are best)
    1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. tapioca, cornstarch or flour
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put into unbaked pie shell; cover with top crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
