Tuna-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
4 c. chopped cabbage
1 can (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) tuna in oil
1 can (11 oz.) Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
Add chopped cabbage; cover and cook 1 or 2 minutes or until wilted; drain.
Arrange half of cabbage in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with tuna; cover with remaining cabbage.
Blend soup, milk, salt and caraway seed (optional).
Pour over ingredients in casserole.
Combine butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
