Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    onions, sliced
    flour, salt and pepper to coat meat
    hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper; dredge meat.
    Brown slowly.
    Add remaining ingredients except onions.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add onions, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
