Broccoli Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cream of broccoli soup
    10 oz. broccoli, chopped
    salad oil
    3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    12 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    In undiluted soup, heat frozen or fresh broccoli. In 1 tablespoon oil, cook onion until light brown. Add carrots. Reduce heat to low. Add 1/4 cup of water; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Remove to bowl.
