Quick And Moist Sour Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sifted self-rising flour
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar.
    Add sour cream and beer alternately; mix well.
    Pour batter into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Brush top with melted butter.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer until center tested with toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool slightly.
    Serve warm.
