Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) tin Ricotta cheese
    8 to 9 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. creme de cacao
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix together in 1 bowl.
    Beat with hand mixer.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tester is dry.
