Sweet Potato Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1/3 c. corn syrup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken pecans
plain pastry
Preparation

Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add mashed potatoes and slightly beaten eggs; mix well, then combine with syrup, milk, salt, vanilla and pecans.
Line pan with pastry, then turn mixture into pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and continue baking in oven at 325\u00b0 35 to 45 minutes longer.
