Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 oz. egg noodles
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions, and set aside. Heat electric skillet to 350\u00b0 and add ground chuck, onion and pepper.
    Cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain well.
    Spread meat and vegetable mixture evenly in the skillet.
    Place egg noodles in center.
    Spoon tomato sauce and grated Cheddar cheese on top of mixture.
    Serves 4 to 6.
