Roast Chicken Legs Or Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 chicken wings, cut into 3 pieces (I use leg parts)
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. crushed hot red pepper
    1/4 tsp. Chinese five-season powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in saucepan and cook until slightly thickened on top of stove.
    Place chicken in roasting pan and baste with sauce.
    Roast, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, basting and turning occasionally.
