Chicken & Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. (350 g.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 lb. (450 g.) lean, cooked chicken, diced
4 sheets no-precook lasagna noodles
Tomato Sauce (see recipe below)
Salad greens, to serve
Preparation

Drain spinach again and pat dry on paper towels.
Arrange spinach in bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and season to taste.
Arrange diced chicken over the spinach.
Cover with lasagna noodles and spoon the tomato sauce over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated throughout.
Serve with salad greens.
