Raspberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. oleo or butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) container vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large egg
1/4 c. raspberry jelly
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients until mixture is like fine crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of mixture.
To remaining flour mixture add baking powder, soda, salt, yogurt, vanilla and egg.
Blend well.
Spread batter in 10-inch cake pan, greased and floured.
Carefully spoon jelly over top of cake.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
Sprinkle reserved topping (flour mixture) over nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until toothpick in center of cake comes out clean.
