Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs (Italian)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 c. water
    1/2 can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 can tomato sauce (small)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. sage (optional)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix meat, bread crumbs, egg, onion and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form a loaf.
    Place in shallow loaf pan in oven.
    Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, water, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar.
    Pour over loaf and bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Baste occasionally.
    Make gravy from drippings.
    Serves 6.
