Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 tsp. powdered coffee
1 c. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs
2 pt. whipping cream, whipped or 4 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Boil first 3 ingredients 3 minutes.
Put chocolate chips in blender.
Pour in hot mixture, blend 6 seconds.
Add eggs and blend 1 minute.
Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Serves 10. Can freeze.
