Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
    1 (20 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 garlic clove
Preparation
    Melt fat.
    Brown onion lightly.
    Add ground beef; cook until moisture is absorbed.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Remove garlic.
