Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 large carrot, grated
1 medium onion, diced
3/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
8 to 10 c. milk
1/4 tsp. thyme
dash of garlic powder
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cover potatoes, carrot and onion with enough water to cover well.
Add bouillon cubes and cook about 10 minutes or until done. Do not drain.
