Spiced Carrot Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large carrots
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Cut carrots into julienne strips, place in saucepan and cover with water.
Cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain. Combine butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon; pour over carrots and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
Yield:
4 to 6 servings.
