Potato Puff Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Blend potatoes, egg yolks, parsley, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold into potato mixture. Spoon into 12 well-greased muffin tins.
Brush top with melted butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
