Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/3 c. crushed nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Drain pineapple; use juice and add enough water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid.
    Add vinegar and salt.
    Add to jello.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add pineapple, carrots and nuts.
    Chill to set.
