Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Cook to soft ball stage.
    Add 28 caramels and stir until melted.
    Good on yellow cake.
