Mushroom Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
onion
Polish sausage or beef hot dogs
cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
other spices of your choice to taste
Preparation

Peel and slice enough potatoes to fill 3/4 of a casserole dish; add chopped onion (and/or any other spices to your taste) and penny size (sliced) Polish sausage or beef hot dogs.
Pour 1/4 c. water in dish and cover with Saran Wrap.
Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Drain off water and pour diluted (with milk) cream of mushroom soup over and mix in.
Bake in oven 1/2 hour at 400\u00b0. Cream of celery soup can also be used.
