Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. finely chopped zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil.
    Add eggs.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into
    2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
