Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 oz. bourbon or 1 orange
Preparation
    To potatoes, add sugar, salt and flour; put into greased oven dish. Slightly beat eggs; add to milk. Add bourbon if wanted. If not, add 1 teaspoon grated orange rind and enough juice to taste. Pour this over potatoes; dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0 or until set. Serve hot or cold.
