Pear Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. oleo, melted
4 large pears, peeled and diced
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and coconut.
Add oleo.
Stir and set aside.
Put 1 cup pears in pie shell.
Top with coconut mixture. Repeat layers until mixture is gone.
Cover pie with aluminum foil.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Remove foil and reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes.
