Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the sugar, oil, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Mix well and add the pumpkin, water and baking soda.
    Mix well and add the flour, vanilla and nuts (optional).
    Grease and flour 3 tall 1 pound coffee cans.
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 3 loaves.
