Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 sliced carrot
1 c. celery
2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Cook vegetables until tender in water.
Mix flour and 1/2 cup milk and stir into the potatoes.
Stir until smooth.
Add remaining milk and cheese and heat until thick.
