Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 large can tomato sauce
1 round steak, cut in thin strips
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Spray skillet with Pam cooking spray.
Saute onion and stir in steak strips.
Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.
Add just enough water to sauce.
Thirty minutes before serving, add pepper.
Serve over rice.
