Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rolled oats
    1 c. honey
    1/3 c. safflower oil
    2 2/3 c. milk or juice (may substitute for plain water)
    3/4 c. chocolate chips or specialty chips
    3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour; turn over and watch closely.
    Allow baked mixture to cool completely, then crumble.
    Add nuts and chips.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
