Low-Fat Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    4 eggs whites
    4 drops yellow food coloring
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Combine milk with gelatin in a 4-cup microwave bowl.
    Beat in egg whites, food coloring and sugar.
    Cook in microwave, uncovered, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
    Stir after each minute.
    Continue until mixture is thickened and creamy.
    Put cottage cheese and vanilla in blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add custard mix and blend.
    Pour into crust.
    Refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
