Anne'S Cheese Spread For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated cheese (we use Parmesan)
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    broiled fish (salmon or trout)
Preparation
    Broil fish (steaks take 10 minutes per inch and 5 minutes on each side).
    Mix topping.
    Spread on top of broiled fish.
    Broil until brown and bubbly.
