Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines White or yellow cake mix
1/4 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Beat well for 3 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13 x 2 pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until done in middle.
