Crispy Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces.
Season, dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs.
Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow-baking dish.
Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting. Yield:
4 servings.
Approximately 260 calories per serving.
No taste of cornflakes.
