Country Chicken And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 (3 lb.) fryers, cut up
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried crushed rosemary leaves
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
    Finely chop onion.
    In large roasting pan, toss potatoes and onion with chicken, salt, pepper and rosemary.
    Arrange the chicken pieces skin side up.
    Bake uncovered one hour or until potatoes are tender and browned and juices run clear when chicken is pierced, basting with pan drippings occasionally.
    Serves 8.
