Cannoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese, drained
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate mini-morsels
    chopped nuts
    dash of green food coloring
    1 pkg. wontons (usually found in produce section of grocery)
Preparation
    Cut wonton squares into thirds.
    Heat butter-flavored Crisco (shortening); brown wontons and drain on paper towels.
    Mix cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, chocolate chips, nuts and dash of green food coloring (for a pistachio effect) to create dip. Sprinkle powdered sugar on wontons.
